Conclusion of ordinary tax audit for fiscal year 2012 AND tax certificate issuance

EYDAP S.A., in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Regulation, informs the investors that the ordinary tax audit according to art. 82, par. 5 of law 2238/1994 which was conducted by the Statutory Auditor - Accountant for fiscal year 2012, was finalised and as a result, a tax certificate was issued without reservation.
