Completion of ordinary-full tax audit for fiscal years 2008-2010

EYDAP S.A. in compliance with the article 4.1.3.1, of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, informs the investment community that an ordinary tax audit for fiscal years 2008, 2009 and 2010 was concluded.

The above mentioned audit resulted in additional tax of euro 2.480.832,81 which will not burden the financial results of the current year, as there was full coverage by provisions that had been formed in the past by the Company for these unaudited tax years.
