Quest Holdings S.A., following the approval decisions of the supervisory competition Authorities and its announcement dated 14.10.2024, announces that on 31.01.2025 the transaction for the acquisition of 70% of the company Benrubi S.A. was completed, for a total consideration of about euro 26 million.

The agreement includes a call option for Quest Holdings for the acquisition of the remaining 30% of the shares during 2027.

Benrubi SA has a history of 140 years in the household equipment sector and occupies a leading position in the field of distribution of electrical and household appliances as well as in personal care products.
