The company announces that according to its BOD decision of 16.2.2007, the 3rd phase of the own share purchase program was completed, with the acquisitiion of 1,096,293 shares through the Athens Stock Market with a mean price of 35.27 euro. This completes the 12 month program for the purchase of own shares which was decided through the Special General Assembly of 14.6.2006. The company possesses now 2.348.291 of its own shares in total, which correspond to a 5.80% of its share capital.
