Piraeus Bank S.A. announces the completion of the sale made yesterday on behalf of its subsidiary company "EVision S.A." to the French company "GeoPost S.A." of its total participation in the company "INTERATTICA COURIER NETWORK S.A.", amounting to 66% of the share capital, at the price of 2.7 million Euro. Interattica will continue to provide services to Piraeus Bank.
