AS COMPANY due to the article 277 of Athens Stock Market announces its intention to hold the Annual tactic general Assembly of Stockholders by the end of May 2005.This announcement is revocable and investors will be notified for the exact date of the Assembly in due time.

The Board of Directors suggested the distribution of 0,03 euro per share as a dividend (three cents /share).The payment will take place within the period determined by law Ν.2190/20.
