In accordance with the timely and accurate information provided to the investment community following the ASE's regulation articles 281 & 285, with regards to financial press reports dated 01/08/2006, our response is as follows: The subsidiary of INTRALOT, INTRALOT South Africa participates in Gidani, which participates in the South African Lottery tender concerning the undertaking of the Lottery's operation and the provision of the respective technological infrastructure. The tendering process is still under way. However, when there will be the final outcome concerning the signature of the relative contract we will promptly inform the investment community and the regulating authorities, as provided by existing legislation.
