Following recent publications in relation to a percentage sale of The Mall Athens to HSBC, we would like to inform that we are in discussions with HSBC for the transfer of a percentage of The Mall Athens. Up to now no binding agreement has been concluded between the two parties. In case that such an agreement is concluded, the Company will announce it in accordance with the relevant regulations.
