Reference to the articles in the press that our subsidiary company HERON SA has been acquired by an Austrian company we inform you that despite the fact that our Group has been repeatedly approached by foreign groups for their strategic participation in our power sector no agreement has been implemented.
The group has been successfully placed in the sector of renewable energy sources and in the sector of thermal energy production and has invested in the sectors more than 250 million euro.
The target of the group is the further development in the sector of energy and the increase of its capacity in the wind parks, hydroelectric stations and the thermal energy production.
We note that one of the alternatives that we currently examine is the strategic alliance with a multinational energy group in the thermal energy production.
