In relation to a press release in the internet site www.euro2day.gr on Friday the 22nd of December we would like to inform the investor community the following:
1. Our offer for the acquisition of hospital Unit Erricos Dynan, subject to legal due diligence, with price higher than that of the alternative offers, if firm and binding, was submitted following the press releases mentioning the potential sale of the above said hospital unit.
2. Our proposal, because of its political importance, was submitted to the Prime Minister''s office as well as to the Ministers of Health and Economics.
3. Should you require further information, at your disposal could be a hard copy of our above mentioned proposal, together with proof of submission to Erricos Dynan.
4. Our above mentioned acquisition proposal is at an initial stage and thus not announced publicly. However, we shall inform promptly, as always, the investor community on any developments.
