Commencement of Trading of BriQ Properties’ New Shares

 

The Athens Stock Exchange today welcomed representatives of the management, executives, and partners of BriQ Properties REIC on the commencement of trading of its new shares, issued following the company’s capital increase as part of the merger by absorption of Intercontinental International. The CEO of BriQ Properties, Ms. Anna Apostolidou, rang the traditional opening bell to mark the start of today’s trading session.


Welcoming the guests, the CEO of the Athens Exchange Group, Mr. Yianos Kontopoulos, stated: "This is the first-ever merger between listed Real Estate Investment Companies (REICs), and following the highly successful completion of this process, the value of BriQ Properties' real estate portfolio has doubled.
