Today, the Athens Stock Exchange welcomed representatives from the Noval Property management, along with executives and partners, to mark the commencement of the company's shares trading on the Main Market. The CEO of Noval Property, Mr. Panagiotis Kapetanakos, rang the traditional bell to signal the start of the trading session.

Mr. Yianos Kontopoulos, CEO of the Athens Exchange Group, noted: "The oversubscription of Noval Property's public offering clearly demonstrates the investment community's confidence in the company's strategic and investment development plan. Noval Property now boasts a modern portfolio of highly liquid assets with significant geographical diversification, ranking it second among real estate companies in Greece." He also emphasized that the Greek market is moving forward dynamically, recognizing and rewarding companies with strong growth prospects.

On his part, Mr. Panagiotis Kapetanakos, CEO of Noval Property, expressed his excitement, saying: "Today marks a significant moment for Noval Property's listing on the Athens Stock Exchange and the start of trading our shares. We are proud that we have gained the trust of investors, including the EBRD, 87 institutional investors from Greece and abroad, and 4,752 Greek retail investors. Despite the challenging conditions for the listed real estate sector in Greece and globally, our public offering was oversubscribed 2.3 times. What is even more significant is that this was equally oversubscribed by both retail and institutional investors. The listing on the Stock Exchange successfully completes a chapter and strengthens Noval Property as a company. More importantly, it marks the beginning of a new challenge. We assure our shareholders that we will continue, with careful steps, our hard work focused on delivering the best possible returns."

Finally, in her speech, Ms. Vasiliki Lazarakou, Chair of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, stated: "I welcome Noval Property's listing on the Athens Stock Exchange. In a period where the global commercial real estate market faces significant challenges, Noval Property enters the Athens Stock Exchange, bringing greater depth to the market with an investment plan aimed at adding value to its shareholders. Through its listing on the ASE, Viohalco's subsidiary lays the groundwork for improved business performance, benefiting the national economy."
