With this letter we would like to inform you about the changes in the voting rights and the share capital participation in our company, after the share capital increase with cash and the listing of the new shares on 23.12.2005 and according to the announcements of the shareholders to our company.

A. The participation of the company TOSCA in the voting rights of our company is increased from 1.17% to 6.12%, with relevant change of it?s participation in the total number of our shares. According to the announcement of TOSCA, it?s shares are held under the name MORGAN STANLEY & CO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
B. The participation of Mr. Andreas Vgenopoulos in the voting rights of our company was reduced from 10.20% to 6.35% with relevant change of his participation in the total number of our shares.
C. The participation of Mr. Theodoros Veniamis in the voting rights of our company was reduced from 6.45% to 4.91% with relevant change of his participation in the total number of our shares.
D. The participation of Mr. Petros Vettas in the voting rights of our company was reduced from 5.04% to 3.27% with relevant change of his participation in the total number of our shares.
E. The participation of Mr. Nikolaos Fragos in the voting rights of our company was reduced from 5.02% to 4.03%, including according to articles 7 and 8 of Presidential Decree 51/1992, the rights he controls through the company GLOBAL EQUITY INVESTMENTS and with relevant change of his participation in the total number of our shares.
F. The participation of GLOBAL EQUITY INVESTMENTS in the voting rights of our company was reduced from 5.02% to 4.03% with relevant change of its participation in the total number of our shares.
