The offer of the 15,73% of the existing shares of Public Power Corporation S.A. by the Greek State to the investment public, will result to the increase of the weight of the share Public Power Corporation S.A. (CR) in indices FTSE/ASE 20 and FTSE/ASE 140 from 30% to 50% due to the large amount of the issue.

The new weight of the share Public Power Corporation S.A. (CR) will be valid after the close of the trading session of November 5th 2003
