The offer of the 13,20% of the existing shares of PPC by the Greek State to the investment public, will result to the increase of the weight of the share of PPC in FTSE/ASE 20 Index from 20% to 30% due to the large amount of the issue.

The change will take place after the transfer of the shares, that will be realized from 11.12.2002 until 12.12.2002 on the ATHEX. The new weight of the share of PPC will be valid after the end of the trading session of 13.12.2002.
