Broermann the “Announcing parties”)and Parent Company of «ASKLEPIOSINTERNATIONALGmbH», is informing the investor community that further to the acquisition of 6.288 stocks of the Company on 30.07.2014, the percentage of ψησowned directly by «ASKLEPIOSINTERNATIONALGmbH» is now 33.33% (approximately),with a total amount of 28.912.452 shares.
