CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A. announced today that it has acquired an additional 20% of its subsidiary company "ZILOS LTD".

Thus, the share composition structure of ZILOS LTD is as follows: Centric Multimedia S.A.: 90%(i.e. 90,000 shares of a par value of 1 Cyprian pound each), Giouzelis Christos: 10% (i.e. 10,000 shares of 1 CYP each). The aforesaid acquisition amounts to 20,000 CYP, i.e. 20,000 shares carrying a par value of 1 CYP each. Also, the said acquisition was financed by own funds of the company. The capital paid up by Zilos Ltd amounts to 100,000 CYP.
