The President of the Capital Market Commission, following the suggestion of the President of the Athens Stock Exchange according to section b of the article No 17 of the Law 2324/95 decided that on Monday, December 10, 2001, the ceiling/floor trading limits for the preferred shares of the company PAVLIDES CONFECTIONARY S.A. will be 14%. It is noted that the trading of the preferred shares of the company was suspended for the today's trading session, December 7, 2001, so that the investment public is notified for the decision of the company KRAFT S.A. and will keep on purchasing until January 8, 2002, the remaining 1.3% of the preferred shares of PAVLIDES CONFECTIONARY S.A. at the price of Euro 14.5 each. It is also noted that as of Monday, December 10, 2001, the shares of the company are traded on the Market B (low liquidity).
