Logismos s.a, according to art.4 par.1 element e of 5/204/14.11.2004 decision of the Capital Market Committee, announces that the Board of Directors in their session of December 29th, has appointed Mr. George Seitanidis to be the new internal auditor of the company in replacement of the retired Mr. Zaproudis Thomas. The board has also appointed Mr. Sarantis Dimitris to be the new Quality Assurance Manager.
