AUTOHELLAS S.A., in reference to its announcement, dated February 15, 2005 (re:agreement signed between AUTOHELLAS S.A. and ELTRAK S.A.) for the participation of AUTOHELLAS S.A. by 50% in ELTREKA S.A., subsidiary company of ELTRAK GROUP, announces herewith that, following the relevant approval of the Competition Committee, AUTOHELLAS S.A. acquired 42.3% of the shares of the company ELTREKA S.A. in which it has henceforth a 50% holding.
