Following the announcement for the election of a new Bod, we informe you that during the BoD dated 8/11/2011 the Audit Committee is comprised of the following members:

Konstantinos Vamvakopoulos, Independent Non-Executive Member

Dimitrios Gkoumas, Independent Non-Executive Member

Georgios Laskaris, Non-Executive Member

According to the provisions of Law 3693 / 2008, art. 37, the new composition of the Audit Committee will be approved by the next General Shareholder Assembly.
