The company SIDMA S.A. informs the investing public that by the relevant decision of its BoD on 26.10.2005 and according to the provisions of law 3016/2002 (re: corporate governance) has appointed Mrs. Nikolandou Eleni as Head of the Internal Audit Department in the place of Mrs. Salmona Sarra-Elieta, who resigned from the company. Mrs. Nikolandou has assumed her duties as Internal Auditor since 1 November 2005.
