Logismos INFORMATION SYSTEMS S.A. announces to investors, without commitment, that according to par. 2c of art. 277 of the Regulation of Athens Stock Exchange the company's Annual General Shareholders Meeting for the year 2005 will take place in the first week of June 2005 and that the company will not pay any dividends for the fiscal year 2004, due to the provisions of paragraph 3d & 4a of article 43 Law 2190/1920.
