The company KRI-KRI MILK INDUSTRY S.A. (the "Company" or "KRI-KRI") announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 9, 14 and 21) in conjunction with Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and Circulars No. 33 and 37 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and , according to information received from the shareholders Mrs. Sevasti and Chariklia Tsinavou on 13.03.2025, that on 12.03.2025 Mrs. Sevasti Tsinavou has transferred 2,050,682 KRI-KRI common shares, corresponding to 6.202% of the voting rights, from her personal account to a joint account with her daughter, Mrs. Charikleia Tsinavou as a co-beneficiary.

Thus, following the above transfer, Mrs. Charikleia Tsinavou holds, in total, 7,655,384 common shares, which correspond to 23.152% of the Company's voting rights. Her participation is broken down to 1,704,702 common shares, which correspond to 5.155% of the voting rights, which are held to her personal account, and 5,950,682 common shares, which correspond to 17.997% of the Company's voting rights, which are held to a joint account of co-beneficiaries Charikleia Tsinavou and Sevasti Tsinavou.

The total voting rights of Sevasti Tsinavou remain unchanged, but now all of 5,950,682 common shares she holds, which correspond to 17.997% of the Company's voting rights, are held to a joint account of co-beneficiaries Charikleia Tsinavou and Sevasti Tsinavou.

The above notification was made pursuant to article 9 of Law 3556/2007.
