“SELECTED TEXTILES SA”, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, coupled with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces the following:

   Mr Εvripidis Ch.Dontas, President of the Board of Directors and managing director of the company, (liable according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded, on 05.01.2015, to the acquisition of  4.240 registered common shares of the company at the price of  987,72 euro.
