LAMDA Development S.A. (the Company) pursuant to the provisions of Laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005, as well as the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that Mr. Odisseas Athanasiou who is the CEO of the Company (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), on 10.12.2014 proceeded to the pledging of 50,000 Company's registered common shares that held, to a Special Collateral Account, in order to serve as stock margin.
