Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

27 September 2007 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that it was notified that EFG Eurobank Ergasias bought on 26.9.2007 525,000 common registered shares with a total value of EUR11,812,500.00.
