Αccording to L.3556/2007 (art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, PASAL Development S.A. announces that the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Sotiris Theodoridis (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), on 12/10/2011, sold 450.000 common shares, with a total net value of 81.000,00  euro.
