Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

24 December 2008 - Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of resolution 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Securities notified it:

1.      on 24.12.2008 that it purchased on 19.12.2008 1,000 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of EUR4,690.00

2.      on 24.12.2008 that it sold on 19.12.2008 5,000 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of EUR23,670.00

3.      on 24.12.2008 that it sold on 22.12.2008 1,700 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of EUR8,082.00

4.      on 24.12.2008 that it purchased on 23.12.2008 500 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of EUR2,550.00

5.      on 24.12.2008 that it sold on 23.12.2008 1,400 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of EUR6,860.00

All of the above transactions were made for the derivatives market making account.
