FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2025

Mathios Refractories S.A., in compliance with its obligations arising from paragraph 4.1.1, section 2 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Resolution 25 of the Stock Market Steering Committee of Athens Exchange, informs the investing public of the Financial Calendar for the year 2025, as follows:

• 28.04.2025: Announcement of the Annual Financial Report 2024.

• 28.04.2025: Commentary on the Annual Financial Results for the Fiscal Year 2024.

• 19.06.2025: Annual Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting.

• 25.09.2025: Announcement of the Semi-Annual Financial Report 01.01.2025 - 30.06.2025.

The Company's Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute a dividend for the fiscal year 2024.

The Company clarifies that the results will be announced after the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange session on the Company's website (http://www.mathios.com) and on the Athens Stock Exchange Group's website. (www.athexgroup.gr) on the same day.
