The Athens Stock Exchange announces that on Monday 2nd December 2024, trading will commence for  70,362,390 new ordinary shares of EVROPI HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME (ISIN: GRS474003001), which resulted from the share capital increase of the company realized due to the merger by acquisition of the non-listed company INTRACOM AKINITA S.A., according to the following exchange ratios:  a) each shareholder of INTRAKOM AKINITA S.A. exchanges 1 share of par value of €1.00, with 0.9301042961 new ordinary shares of par value of €0.26 and b) the shareholders of EVROPI HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME retain the number of shares held of par value €0.26.
