Announcement concerning the change of the General Manager and the Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Announcements Department

Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announces that the Board of Directors at its last meeting decided the appointment of Mr Stavros Hatzakos, former Head of Administration Directorate, as General Director of the Company.

Also, according to resolution of President and CEO, Mr Nektarios Demenopoulos was appointed as Head of Investor Relations Department, replacing Mrs Maria Aisopou.
