Announcement of change in voting rights according to Law 3556

Financière de l'Echiquier increases shareholding to 5.43%

Athens, April 21, 2015 – Frigoglass SAIC (the “Company”) announces according to Law 3556/2007 that as notified on April 17, 2015 by its shareholder "Financière de l'Echiquier" the percentage of voting rights the latter holds in the Company exceeded the 5% threshold as of April 14, 2015.

According to the respective notice, "Financière de l'Echiquier" held on April 14, 2015 2.745.500 voting rights, representing 5.43% of total number of the Company's voting rights.
