The company GEK S.A. Holding, Real Estate, Constructions announces that, according to the article 21 of Law 3556/2007 and to the article 11 of the Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Committee, Mr. Michalis Gourzis, shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of the Company (and Obligated Person, according to article 13 of Law 3340), on 18/07/2007, has sold 50.000 (fifty thousand) common nominal shares of total value of Euro 700.048,24 (seven hundred thousand forty eight euros and twenty four cents).
