AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in acordance to article 13 paragraph 2 of law 3340/2005, that on the 8th of August 2007, shareholder and accounting department director Konstantinos F. Siabanis, has purchased 1,060 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of Euro 6,360.00.
