Announcement about its intention to sell 421,260 shares of VPI S.A. to a foreign company.

In accordance with Article 4 of Decision 5/204/14.11.2000 of the HCMC, the company FRIGOGLASS S.A. announces herewith that it intends to sell 421,260 shares that it holds in the company VPI S.A., which correspond to 51% of its share capital, to a foreign company. However, the aforesaid transaction will be only realized provided that the terms of the shareholders' agreement, which has been concluded with the other shareholders are observed, the necessary regulatory approvals are granted and the results of the candidate buyers' due diligence report are satisfactory.
