Further to the 8.5.2006 announcement of MYTILINEOS GROUP S.A. and DELTA PROJECT S.A. concerning the acquisition of a 52.6% of the latter's share capital, it is announced the two parties agreed today to complete the transaction latest 14.06.2006.
