Piraeus Real Estate Investment Property SA announces that the purchase of the remaining of the horizontal property ownerships in the Kosmopolis mall in Komotini, Thrace, has been realised for a price of Euro 3,246 thousand, according to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders on 02.11.2005. By the above mentioned purchase, the company's obligation for investing the funds raised upon its listing in the ATHEX in June 2005 has been concluded.
