The company Lampsa Hellenic Hotels S.A. announces that is in the final part of negotiations for the purchase of 51% of the share capital of the company "BEOGRADSKO MESOVITO PREDUZECE A.D. BEOGRAD", owning company of Hotel Hyatt Regency in Beograd. The above mentioned hotel , consists of 308 rooms and suites and also operates numerous additional service areas (two restaurants , three bars , function areas , sport center ). The hotel lays in a nodal point of the new part of the city of Beograd. The hotel Hyatt Regency in Beograd is the only five star luxury hotel of the city and operates with high occupancy and profitability. Hyatt International will remain the operator of the hotel for the forthcoming 23 years.
