Pursuant to an official notification MARFIN FINANCIAL GROUP announces that following the full satisfaction of the conditions of the relevant agreements, the transaction through which DUBAI FINANCIAL LLC will acquire 31.55% of its stock is scheduled to be effected through the Athens Stock Exchange tomorrow Tuesday 16th of May 2006.
