Following the publication of the financial statements and results of operations for the first quarter of 2006, TECHNICAL OLYMPIC SA announces that the Group's turnover on a consolidated basis was Euro 560 million, compared to Euro 568 million in 2005, a small reduction of 1,4%. Profits after taxes on a consolidated basis, were Euro 36 million compared to Euro 17 million in 2005, a 111,8% increase and EBITDA were Euro 69 million, compared to Euro 32 million in 2005, a 115,62% increase.
