A table was recently published in the press presenting all companies listed in the Athens Exchange and making reference to their non tax-audited fiscal years. In this table it is inaccurately reported that 1998 is the last audited fiscal year for our company TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A. The truth is, that our company has been tax-audited through to the fiscal year 2003.
