According to article 275 par. 9d of the Athens Exchange Regulations and article 10 par. 1 of L 3340/2005, we would like to inform you that, during the Financial Year 2005, a regular tax audit, concerning the financial years 1999-2001, has been made to our Company, by the Tax Authorities. Following the above tax audit our Company was charged with Accounting Differences amounting in total to Euro 904.475,00, from which resulted an amount of income tax of Euro 316.566,00, plus an amount of tax accession of Euro 316.653,00. The total amount of Euro 633.219,00 was finally deducted by 5%, due to the fact that it was paid once and for all. The total amount paid by our Company was Euro 601.558,00.
