In accordance with PD 350/1985, we inform you that the President of the Board of Directors, General Manager and shareholder of "Jumbo SA" Mr. Evangelos- Apostolos Vakakis on 19.01.2006 sold 2.000.000 common nominative shares of the company. Consequently, the shareholding of Mr Vakakis is decreased from 8.56% to 4.60%
