Mytilineos Holdings S.A. (Mytilineos) today announces its intention to sell up to 2,300,000 million common shares in Aluminium of Greece via an accelerated bookbuild to international and domestic institutional investors via a private placement. The size of the offering represents approximately 5.33% of Aluminium's outstanding share capital. All the shares to be offered are listed on the Athens Exchange and are currently held directly by Mytilineos. UBS Limited has been appointed as Bookrunner of the offering.
