Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Commission's resolutions 5/204/2000 and 3/347/2005, the company TECHNICAL OLYMPIC SA announces, that according to the resolution of the company's Board of Directors of 21/3/2006 and as per the provisions of Law 3016/2002, Mr. Anastasios Konstantinos Hatzidimas, an economist, has been appointed as the company's new Internal Auditor, in the place of Mr. George D. Zeris, who has resigned.
