We notify you that today's Extraordinary General Assembly of Shareholders of PIRAEUS Real Estate Investment Company (PIRAEUS A.E.E.A.P.) has decided, inter alia, unanimously with 37,886,680 votes (percentage of 75.93%), out of a total of 49,898,400 shares to modify the use of assets under management from the Stock Exchange, so that the company's investments are consistent with the provisions of L.2778/99, as amended with L.2992/2002, as follows:

- Investment in real estate: 21,530 thousand, percentage of 86.43%
- Investment in cash: 3,380 thousand, percentage of 13.57%
Total: 24,910 thousand, percentage of 100%
