GEK SA proceeded on December 19, 2005 in the purchase of 100.000 nominal shares and the relevant voting rights, of the company TERNA S.A. at the total price of 670.000 euro. The subsidiary company GEKE S.A. was the vendor of the above shares. GEKE S.A. now possesses 679.300 shares equivalent at 1,4779% percentage of the share capital and voting rights of the Company TERNA S.A. . Following this transaction, GEK S.A. now possesses 25.884.844 shares equivalent to 56,3149% percentage of the share capital and voting rights of TERNA S.A.. In the GEK group the Companies GEK S.A. and its subsidiary GEKE S.A. now possess in total the same ,as before, transaction percentage rising up to - 57.79%- on the total share capital and voting rights of TERNA SA.
