In accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007  with the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 SEC, the Company announced that: the shareholder Evangelos Chaidas, President & CEO of the Company, ( Obligated Person 13 of Law 3340/2005) held on 04.14.2014 to purchase 2,000 shares of the Company with total cost of EUR 3,414.00.
