Piraeus Real Estate Investment (Piraeus R.E.I.T. S.A.) announces that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the company was held and approved the payment of a total dividend of Euro 6.751.253,52, namely Euro 0.123 per share.
The dividend payment is scheduled to begin on 29.8.2007, through Piraeus Bank and eligible to receive dividend are shareholders of record on 20.8.2007. As of the next business day, 21.8.2007, the company?s shares shall be traded on the ATHEX ex-dividend.
